Abstract

"DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAR A SECO UMA TEXTURA DE FIBRAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um dispositivo para formação a seco de uma textura de fibras, compreendendo: uma cabeça de distribuição de fibra (1); um arame de formação (3) móvel sob a dita cabeça; um dispositivo de sucção (5) localizado no lado oposto do dito arame de formação a partir da dita cabeça; dentro da dita cabeça, uma câmara (9) dentro da qual um fluxo de gás, no qual as ditas fibras são suspensas, é direcionado, a câmara possuindo uma abertura de fundo (9A) fechada por uma malha de tela (17) que é essencialmente paralela ao dito arame de formação (3) e que defronta-se com o último; e os membros agitadores (45) dentro da dita câmara, acima da dita malha de tela (17), para agitar e distribuir as fibras. De forma característica, a malha de tela (17) é uma malha contínua, móvel ao longo de um caminho fechado ao redor da dita câmara, a parte da dita malha paralela e defrontando-se com o arame de formação movendo-se ao longo de um caminho que é essencialmente paralelo ao dito arame de formação. Adicionalmente, os membros agitadores compreendem uma pluralidade de eixos de rotação (47) que são paralelos um ao outro e ortogonais à direção de avanço (f3) do dito arame de formação.
