Abstract
"MéTODO PARA CONTROLAR O FLUXO MAGNéTICO EM UM ELETROìMã E UM ELETROìMã PARA EXECUTAR O DITO MéTODO". O grupo de invenções se refere a sistemas magnéticos, em particular a um método para controlar o fluxo em um eletroímã e ao projeto estrutural de um eletroímã o qual é usado para executar o dito método. As estruturas inventivas do eletroímã podem ser principalmente usadas para dispositivos de atuação eletromecânicos, e compreendem uma bobina magnética com um núcleo magnético de material composto, fabricado ao menos parcialmente em um material permanentemente magnético e provido de ao menos um entreferro. A novidade da invenção reside no fato de o núcleo magnético de material composto ser concretizado de uma maneira tal que ele tenha ao menos dois estados magnéticos estáveis, o dito núcleo magnético tendo cada um dos ditos estados (o entreferro sendo minimizado) como resultado da ação de pulsos de corrente de controle supridos às espiras da bobina magnética e tendo polaridades diferentes (opostas), respectivamente. Os valores especificados do fluxo magnético correspondem aos estados estáveis no núcleo magnético do eletroímã quando este é privado de corrente elétrica nas espiras de sua bobina magnética. A dita invenção torna possível aumentar substancialmente a eficiência do eletroímã, por meio do aumento de suas forças de atração e retenção, melhorando suas características de dimensionais e de massa e sua segurança operacional, e, além disso, a redução do consumo de energia estende a capacidade funcional do dito projeto estrutural do eletroímã da invenção, o qual usa o método da invenção para controlar o fluxo magnético."METHOD FOR CONTROLING MAGNETIC FLOW IN AN ELECTROMYM AND ELECTROMYM FOR EXECUTING THIS METHOD". The group of inventions refers to magnetic systems, in particular a method for controlling the flow in an electromagnet and the structural design of an electromagnet which is used to perform said method. The inventive electromagnet structures can be used primarily for electromechanical actuating devices, and comprise a magnetic coil with a magnetic core of composite material, made at least partially of a permanently magnetic material and provided with at least one air gap. The novelty of the invention lies in the fact that the magnetic core of composite material is embodied in such a way that it has at least two stable magnetic states, said magnetic core having each of said states (the air gap being minimized) as a result of the action. of control current pulses supplied to the coils of the magnetic coil and having different (opposite) polarities, respectively. The specified values of the magnetic flux correspond to the stable states in the magnetic core of the electromagnet when it is deprived of electric current in the turns of its magnetic coil. Said invention makes it possible to substantially increase the efficiency of the electromagnet by increasing its attracting and retaining forces, improving its dimensional and mass characteristics and its operational safety, and furthermore reducing energy consumption extends to functional capacity of said structural design of the electromagnet of the invention which uses the method of the invention to control magnetic flux.
