Abstract

"APARELHO PARA SECAR UM PRODUTO PARTICULADO COM VAPOR SUPERAQUECIDO". A presente invenção refere-se ao aparelho para evaporação de um líquido contido em um produto particulado por meio de vapor superaquecido como o meio de secagem, que compreende uma câmara de secagem e um permutador de calor e um dispositivo para separação de partículas de produto e vapor de baixa temperatura, à prova de pressão conectado um no outro e se comunicando com os arredores através de um dispositivo de carregamento para produto particulado, um dispositivo de descarregamento para produto particulado e um dispositivo de saída para o excesso gerado de vapor de baixa temperatura caracterizado pelo fato de - que a câmara de secagem no todo tem o formato de um cilindro, e - que a câmara de secagem tem uma posição horizontal ou tem um desvio menor daquela, e - que o rotor dentro da câmara de secagem está elevando partes do produto particulado da parte inferior para a superior da câmara de secagem de onde as partes caem para a parte inferior da câmara de secagem, através da corrente de vapor superaquecido.
