Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE RESINA". A invenção refere-se a uma composição compreendendo um pré-polímero acídico pelo menos bifuncional (A), curável sob a ação de calor, e um composto da fórmula I na qual A é um grupo alquila saturado ou insaturado, mono- a tetravalente, tendo 1 a 60 átomos de carbono, um grupo arila mono- a tetravalente, um grupo mono- ou dialquilamino tendo 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, um grupo alquenileno tendo 2 a 4 átomos de carbono, um grupo carboxialquileno ou um grupo alcoxicarbonilalquileno tendo 1 a 4 átomos de carbono, n é 1 ou 2, m é 2-n, q é um número de 0 a 3, R^ 1^ é hidrogênio ou um grupo alquila tendo 1 a 5 átomos de carbono ou um grupo hidroxialquila tendo 1 a 5 átomos de carbono e X é um radical da fórmula na qual R^ 3^ e R^ 4^ são idênticos ou diferentes e, independentemente um do outro, são hidrogênio, um grupo alquila de cadeia reta ou ramificado ou grupo hidroxialquila tendo 1 a 5 átomos de carbono, ou R^ 3^ e R^ 4^, juntamente com o átomo de carbono ao qual eles estão ligados, formam um anel cicloalifático. A composição é adequada para a produção de circuitos impressos.
