Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA COZIMENTO CONTìNUO DE POLPA QUìMICA DE CELULOSE". A presente invenção se refere a um processo para cozimento contínuo de polpa química em um sistema digestor, consistindo de pelo menos um vaso para impregnação e cozimento, compreendendo uma entrada dentro da qual uma mistura de cavacos e líquido de processo é alimentada. Os cavacos são impregnados a uma predeterminada temperatura de impregnação (T~ imp~) e cozidos a uma predeterminada temperatura de cozimento (T~ coz~), após o que a polpa dissolvida é alimentada para fora, na saída do sistema digestor. O líquido do processo que é continuamente extraído é retido fora do sistema digestor durante um determinado tempo de residência "t", de pelo menos 30 minutos, sem qualquer aquecimento acima da temperatura de 140<198>C, após o que é retornado ao sistema digestor para uma posição que é substancialmente do mesmo nível que a posição de extração ou a jusante da mesma, dessa forma, constituindo uma parte do líquido de processo na subseq³ente zona de tratamento. O processo resulta em uma aperfeiçoada resistência ao rasgamento, tendo aperfeiçoado ritmo de batimento, alvejamento e reduzida reversão de cor, com aumento do rendimento ao longo do digestor.
