Abstract

"JUNTA DE CONEXãO CONSTITUìDA DE CHAPA DE AçO FORMADA POR SEçõES CONSTITUìDAS DE CHAPA DE AçO". Para a concretização de uma junta de conexão rígida, constituída por seções (1, 2) de chapa de aço, especialmente de uma estrutura de chassis de uma carroceria de veículo, sob o aspecto da construção leve, uma das seções (2), constituída por duas cintas paralelas (2a, 2b) e por pelo menos um suporte de conexão (2c, 2d), engata, por meio de suas duas extremidades (2a*, 2b*) projetadas além do suporte (2c, 2d), na outra seção (1) que apresenta duas seções de parede paralelas (1a, 1b), sendo que as extremidades de cinta (2a*, 2b*), encostadas de modo plano nas seções de parede (1a, 1b), estão ligadas de modo fixo com as seções de parede (1a, 1b), por exemplo através de uma conexão de solda (4a, 4b, 4c). Uma junta de conexão desse tipo proporciona uma múltipla compensação de tolerâncias e uma alta rigidez para a estrutura de chassis.
