Abstract

"METRALHADORA ALIMENTADA POR CINTA". Sendo que a presente invenção refere-se a uma metralhadora alimentada através de cinta (1) para disparo de uma multiplicidade de cartuchos (6) embutidos em mangas (7), cujas mangas são ligadas para formar uma cinta (8) . A metralhadora inclui uma pluralidade de barris substancialmente paralelos (2) montados para rotação, uma pluralidade de berços (5) para sustentar os cartuchos embutidos nas mangas, sendo os referidos berços montados para rotação e com a referida pluralidade de barris substancialmente paralelos (2) onde um certo número de berços em condições operacionais fica coaxialmente alinhado com os barris correspondentes, uma carcaça (9) e um bloco vazado (10). A carcaça e os berços (5) em condições operacionais acionam as mangas (7) que embutem os cartuchos (6) para formar câmaras no referido bloco vazado, onde o bloco vazado inclui uma guia (11) para acionamento com um seguidor (15) dos cartuchos (6) para acelerar a entrada do cartucho e da manga (7) no barril de acionamento (2). A metralhadora (1) inclui ainda um mecanismo de disparo para iniciar uma carga de explosivos (18) em um ou mais dos cartuchos (6) apoiado por berços (5) em condições operacionais.
