Abstract

"TAMPA COM LACRE DE GARANTIA A PROVA DE VIOLAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a uma tampa a qual incorpora um corpo cilíndrico (1) acoplado a borda de um recipiente ou uma garrafa, e um revestimento (2) com uma articulação (3) para o acoplamento a mesma, na parte superior do referido corpo (1) um bocal (4) que é bloqueado por meio de um gargalo do revestimento (2), é incorporado , através do qual bocal (4) o derramamento e/ou o consumo direto do conteúdo da garrafa na qual a tampa é aplicada pode ser realizado. Sobre o corpo da tampa (1) próximo a sua borda e em correspondência com um setor no seu entorno, há uma tira de vedação (5) ligada ao corpo (1) por pontos que quebram (6). Na referida tira são estabelecidos cortes internos (7) para a retenção das projeções correspondentes (9) no revestimento (2), na sua posição fechada, esta tira de vedação (5) sendo proporcionada com asas terminais (8) que são posicionadas em depressões (10) da superfície lateral do revestimento (2), sem projetar a partir destas, o posicionamento de uma proteção (14) do revestimento (2) em uma depressão (15) da borda superior da tira de vedação (5), que auxilia no fator a prova de violação, assim como um número de conjuntos de nervuras verticais (12) da tira (5) e o bocal (4) que encontram-se fora de linha com relação ao centro da tampa, com um deslocamento na direção da área da tira de vedação.
