Abstract

"APLICADOR PARA ADMINISTRAR UMA PEQUENA QUANTIDADE DE UM FLUIDO SOBRE UMA SUPERFìCIE". O relatório descritivo descreve um aplicador para o tratamento de dentes com pequenas quantidades de materiais dentais, tais como vedantes e adesivos polimerizáveis, materiais de tratamento profilático e semelhante. O aplicador é na forma de um tubo descartável munido de uma escova aplicadora em uma extremidade. O tubo é montado em uma cabeça de aplicador que facilita a aspiração de uma quantidade do material para o interior do tubo e a impregnação selecionada da escova. O aplicador pode incluir um membro alongado dotado de uma cabeça de aplicador que contém uma câmara encerrando um membro resiliente de configuração similar. Um fecho se encaixa sobre a extremidade da cabeça de aplicador e serve para cerrar a base da câmara e selar a borda periférica do membro resiliente para prevenir vazamento.
