Abstract

"MICRO-ESPECTRÈMETRO ANALISADOR DE GáS". Um aparelho espectrómetro robusto e compacto para a determinação das respectivas concentrações ou as pressões parciais de múltiplos gases em uma amostra de gás com um único assim como também com espectros de absorção ou de emissão múltiplos e também sobrepostos que se estendem por uma ampla faixa espectral. Modalidades podem incluir pelo menos um espelho de varredura ou grade de difração (46) e um divisor de feixe (44) para dividir e dispersar um feixe de entrada colimado (40) em bandas plurais, podendo incluir, por exemplo, bandas infravermelhas de 3 a 5 micrometros e de 7 a 10 micrometros.
