Abstract

"REGULADOR DE PRESSãO PARA UM DISPOSITIVO DE ABASTECIMENTO DE COMBUSTìVEL DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A presente invenção refere-se a um regulador de pressão para um dispositivo de abastecimento de combustível de um motor de combustão interna para regular a pressão do combustível, compreendendo uma válvula que abrange uma esfera de válvula pressionada em posição de fechamento contra uma base de válvula devido ao efeito de uma mola de lâmina de válvula. A presente invenção prevê que com a válvula aberta (20), pelo menos uma parte do fluxo de combustível que passa pela esfera da válvula (18) é direcionada contra uma superfície de choque (40; 44) acoplada à mola de lâmina da válvula (16) para gerar uma força de fluxo contrária à força de fechamento da mola de lâmina da válvula (16). Isto melhora o comportamento de regulação de pressão do regulador de pressão.
