Abstract
"APARELHO DE TUBO DE DESCIDA ESCALONADO E APARELHO DE CONTATO DE VAPOR-LìQUIDO COM O MESMO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de tubo de descida escalonado para uso em aparelho de contato de vapor-líquido possuindo uma plataforma de escalão de nível intermediário com uma borda periférica de três bordas preferida, e painéis de escalão correspondentes que se estendem para baixo a partir daquela borda de modo a formar uma parede de painel de escalão de vedação. Como um dispositivo de suporte preferido, as extensões se estendem em uma maneira de corda para fora da borda vertical interior dos painéis de parede de escalão lateral opostos diretamente ou indiretamente por meio de barras de suporte para um relação de suporte com uma torre do aparelho de contato de vapor-líquido. Um painel principal se estende para cima a partir da borda interior da plataforma e até a bandeja posicionada acima. Uma barragem pode se estender acima da bandeja posicionada acima que é uma extensão do painel principal. Este painel principal é fixado às barras de suporte e suporta a plataforma de escalão e as paredes e extensões sozinho ou com membros de suporte adicionados. Um escalão de suporte de bandeja se estende para dentro a partir do tubo de descida de modo a prover suporte para a bandeja superior. A mistura de vapor-líquido contata a plataforma de escalão depois de passar pela barragem, e para fora da qual o fluido transita tanto ao longo do eixo geométrico central do fluxo e obliquamente para fora dos painéis laterais opostos. Nas extremidades opostas da barragem, o líquido flui diretamente para contato com a região de entrada da bandeja inferior, ultrapassando a plataforma. As paredes de painel laterais opostas podem se inclinar para fora de modo a variar o volume de saída de passagem inferior de tubo de descida. Uma modalidade caracteriza extensões de asa de corda com aberturas de equalização de pressão que se estendem para fora dos lados opostos do painel de parede de escalão também para uma relação de suporte com a torre. A borda inferior dos painéis da parede e a borda inferior das extensões controlam o fluxo de fluido conforme transita sob a borda inferior a partir do lado de entrada do aparelho de tubo de descida para a área ativa da bandeja. O nível relativo das bordas inferiores pode variar de modo a se adequar ao uso pretendido. Suportes estruturais de tubo de descida adicionais ou de substituição incluem membros de suporte verticais que se estendem a partir de um painel de escalão até uma bandeja inferior na forma de travessões de suporte ou extensões de ponteira.
