Abstract

"DISPOSIçãO E PROCESSO PARA CONTROLAR A BORDA DA MASSA DE POLPA EM UM DISPOSITIVO DE FORMAçãO DE TEXTURA". A invenção refere-se a uma disposição para controlar a borda da massa de polpa (M) em um dispositivo de formação de textura (1), o dispositivo de formação de textura (1) compreendendo um espaço (5) formado por duas telas (3, 4) ou assemelhadas, espaço esse em que a massa de polpa (M) é alimentada. As telas (3, 4) ou assemelhadas são suportadas em unidades de câmara (6, 7) que de cada vez incluem pelo menos uma câmara (8) para receber a água removida da massa de polpa (M). Em conjunto com a borda lateral (17) do dito dispositivo de formação de textura (1) ficam dispostas disposições de controle (11, 12) de borda de massa de polpa (M) que incluem uma parte de vedação de borda. A parte de vedação de borda (11) estende-se, na direção lateral do dispositivo de formação de textura (1), segundo uma distância entre as unidades de câmara (6, 7) de uma maneira tal que ela impedirá a borda de massa de polpa (M) de passar e/ou espalhar-se na direção lateral do dispositivo de formação de textura (1) na área da dita borda (17) do dispositivo de formação de textura (1). A invenção também se refere a um processo para controlar a borda de massa de polpa (M) em um dispositivo de formação de textura (1).
