Abstract

"BARREIRA A ALTA UMIDADE DE TRêS PARTES PARA EMBALAGENS". Material laminado de três partes para uso na fabricação de embalagens tipo bolha e um processo de fabricação de tal material. O material é compreendido de uma camada de núcleo central de flúor-polímero com base no material de folha para cada lado onde uma película de polímero separada é adesivamente anexada. Estas películas separadas podem ser simétrica ou assimétricas com relação uma a outra. Na concretização preferida, cada uma das películas de polímero é cloreto de polivinila, embora uma variedade de películas quimicamente diferentes possa ser usada. O material revelado provê uma barreira a alta umidade, encrespamento reduzido da embalagem, uma estrutura inter-laminar estável e superfícies externas que conduzem as mesmas bem a ligação com outros materiais, bem como impressão e revestimento.
