Abstract

"TRANSPORTADORES DE METABóLITOS". A presente invenção está dentro do campo da genética e da bioquímica de plantas. Mais especificamente, a invenção refere-se a genes associados com o transporte de trifosfatos de nucleotídeos. A presente invenção proporciona e inclui moléculas de ácidos nucléicos, proteínas e anticorpos associados com os genes envolvidos no transporte de trifosfatos de nucleotídeos. A presente invenção também proporciona métodos para utilizar tais agentes, por exemplo no isolamento genético, na análise genética e na produção de plantas transgênicas. Além disso, a presente invenção inclui plantas transgênicas modificadas para expressar proteínas associadas com o transporte de trifosfatos de nucleotídeos.
