Abstract

"MéTODO E SISTEMA DIAGNóSTICO PARA AVALIAR UM ESTADO DE DESEMPENHO DE UM ANIMAL DE DESEMPENHO". Uma condição e destreza de um animal para realizar a sua melhor destreza pode ser determinada correlacionando-se a expressão de gene com dados clínicos e outros. A invenção fornece métodos para avaliar uma condição do animal de desempenho incluindo as etapas de coletar amostras biológicas e história clinica, gerar resultados digitais nos níveis de expressão de gene relativos ou absolutos nas amostras, transmitir os resultados digitais via uma rede de comunicações para um servidor de diagnóstico remoto e base de dados associada, comparar os resultados com a informação armazenada na base de dados remota e retomar um relatório da condição do animal. Um sistema diagnóstico que compreende um microarranjo, uma leitora de microarranjo, uma base de dados remota para armazenar informação da leitora e um servidor remoto que recebe sinais digitais da leitora também é divulgado.
