Abstract

"FLUORÈMETRO, E, MéTODO DE DETECTAR DE MODO FLUOROMéTRICO FLUORóFOROS PRESENTES EM UMA OU MAIS AMOSTRAS". Um fluorómetro de espelho (10) com um espelho rotativo (24) posicionado tal que seja capaz de projetar um cone convergente de luz de excitação sobre uma ou mais das amostras, em que os sinais fluorescentes emitidos dos fluoróforos na amostra (34) são detectados.
