Abstract

"ARTIGO DE AçO". A invenção refere-se a um artigo de aço que é caracterizado pelo fato de consistir de uma liga contendo em % em peso:1,2-2,0 de C; 0,1-1,5 de Si; 0,1-2,0 de Mn; no máximo 0,2 de N; no máximo 0,25 de S; 4-8 de Cr; 0,5-3,5 de (Mo+W/2); 5-8 de V; no máximo 1,0 de Nb, como balanço essencialmente apenas ferro e impurezas inevitáveis, e pelo fato do aço apresentar uma micro-estrutura obtenível por uma manufatura do aço que compreende formação por aspersão de um lingote, a micro-estrutura do qual contendo 8-15% em volume de carbetos essencialmente apenas do tipo MC, onde M substancialmente consiste em vanádio, carbetos estes dos quais pelo menos 80% em volume apresentam um formato substancialmente arredondado e um tamanho em sua maior extensão atingindo 1-20 <109>m.
