Abstract

"PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO POR CARBOXILAçãO, USO DO PROCESSO E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE UMA CHAPA MODELADA". A presente invenção trata de um processo de tratamento por carboxilação, antes da modelação, de uma superfície metálica escolhida entre o zinco, o ferro, o alumínio, o cobre, o chumbo e suas ligas, assim como os aços galvanizados, aluminizados, cobreados nas condições oxidantes em relação ao metal, por meio do contato com um banho aquoso, orgânico ou hidro-orgânico que compreende pelo menos um ácido orgânico sob a forma livre ou sob a forma de sal, caracterizado pelo fato de: - o dito ácido orgânico ser um ácido monocarboxílico ou dicarboxílico alifático saturado ou insaturado; - o dito ácido orgânico estar em solução ou em emulsão no banho em uma concentração superior a 0, 1 moL/litro; - o pH do banho ser ácido.
