Abstract
"COMUTADOR DE TAMBOR BEM COMO PROCESSO PARA SUA FABRICAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um comutador de tambor para um motor elétrico que abrange um corpo de suporte (1) em forma de manga fabricado de material prensado isolante, uma pluralidade de segmentos condutores (3) metálicos com as aletas de conexão (8) e um número igualmente grande de segmentos de carbono (4), que estão ligados de modo eletricamente condutor com os segmentos condutores (3). Ele apresenta uma superfície (19) disposta vizinha às aletas de conexão (8), anelar, fechada, essencialmente circular-cilíndrica, com zonas de material prensado e zonas de metal alternadas, bem como uma superfície dos segmentos de carbono (4) interior, metalizada, que se encontra em ligação com o corpo de suporte. Quando da fabricação de um tal comutador de tambor, os segmentos condutores (3) estão ligados de preferência inicialmente através de partes de ponte a uma peça em bruto de condutor, que são removidas depois da junção da peça em bruto de condutor com uma manga de carbono e injeção do corpo de suporte.
