Abstract

"VáLVULA DE REGULAçãO ELETROPNEUMáTICA COM UM ARRANJO DE GUIA PARA UM êMBOLO DE DISTRIBUIçãO". Válvula de regulação eletropneumática para um sistema de freio pneumático de um veículo, com uma caixa de válvula de relé (1), onde é disposto um êmbolo de distribuição (5) axialmente deslocável, para fazer funcionar uma disposição de base de válvula (8) que muda o fluxo de ar comprimido entre pelo menos uma conexão de tubagem de freio (11) externa, uma conexão de pressão de alimentação e uma conexão de evacuação de ar (13), sendo que o êmbolo de distribuição (5) é guiado axialmente por meio de um arranjo de guia coaxial e pode ser solicitado para o deslocamento axial através de pelo menos uma válvula de distribuição piloto eletromagnética (6), que é abrigada em uma caixa de válvula de distribuição piloto (2) conectada à caixa de válvula de relé (1), sendo que o arranjo de guia do êmbolo de distribuição (5), de acordo com a presente invenção, compreende um casquilho de guia (17) separado, fixado de modo estacionário na caixa de válvula piloto (2) que possui um segmento de guia (19) superior que, para fins de guia axial, corresponde com um furo de passagem (18) no êmbolo de distribuição (5), e que além disto possui um segmento de tubo (20) inferior, com um diâmetro menor, que segue o segmento de guia (19) superior, para conduzir o ar de escape que flui através de um canal de evacuação de ar (21) axial integrado, passando pela área da disposição de base de válvula (8), diretamente para a conexão de evacuação de ar (13).
