Abstract
"APERFEIçOAMENTOS EM DISPOSITIVO DE ENXERTO CUTANEO PARA A CORREçãO DE VáLVULAS VENOSAS INEFICAZES". Os aperfeiçoamentos em dispositivo de enxerto cutâneo objeto da presente patente de invenção, permitem a restauração das válvulas venosas ineficazes. Trata-se de um dispositivo constituído por uma faixa (1) bio-compatível não elástica, que certa os vértices (15) das válvulas venosas diminuindo o diâmetro interno da parede da veia (11) para permitir a colocação dos vértices (15) e produzir eficácia. Os aperfeiçoamentos em relação aos processo convencionais incluem a incorporação de diâmetros calibrados conhecidos para criar eficácia em diferentes fenotipos. Os diferentes diâmetros são indicados pelos furos (2), (3) e (4), no corpo (1). O acessório da dobradura (5) permite ao corpo do dispositivo torna-se cónico ou inversamente piramidal, o que for mais adequado. A dobradura (5) é mais larga do que nos dispositivos conhecidos que permitiam ao mesmo tornar-se elíptico em diâmetros menores. O ângulo dos entalhes (10) no dispositivo é de aproximadamente 15<198> para permitir uma prioridade melhor na junção safeno-femural o que por sua vez vai permitir uma melhor eficácia da válvula.
