Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR TIOSSULFATO DE AMÈNIO". Um processo é provido para remover sulfeto de hidrogênio e amónia fora de um gás (12), como um gás extrator de água acre ou ácida. O sulfeto de hidrogênio e gás contendo amónia são alimentados para um primeiro reator (38), onde somente uma porção do sulfeto de hidrogênio e amónia são sorvidos para fora do gás em uma solução de depuração contendo sulfito de amónio e bissulfito de amónio (40), onde o sulfeto de hidrogênio sorvido e a amónia sorvida reagem com os índices de sulfito dentro da solução de depuração para formar produto tiossulfato de amónio. O sulfeto de hidrogênio não-sorvido, residual, e amónia não-sorvida do gás são alimentados para um depurador de água (74), onde água, amónia e sulfeto de hidrogênio reagem para formar produto bissulfeto de amónio e um gás contendo sulfeto de hidrogênio não-reagido, residual (78). Este sulfeto de hidrogênio não-reagido, residual, pode ser queimado em dióxido de enxofre.
