Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA LIXìVIA DE PILHA DE CALCOPIRITA AUXILIADA BACTERIALMENTE". Processo para lixívia de pilha de calcopirita auxiliada bacterialmente, o processo caracterizado pelas etapas de: provisão de uma pilha de minério contendo calcopirita para oxidar minerais de sulfeto, a pilha contendo e/ou sendo inoculada com uma cultura bacteriana de oxidação de sulfeto que tanto não oxida ferrosos em férricos, quanto é ineficaz para realizar isto; provisão de pelo menos um primeiro reservatório de solução de lixívia (ou outro recipiente apropriado), a partir do qual a solução de alimentação é fornecida a pilha e o qual recebe solução de lixívia da pilha; e esgotamento de uma porção da solução de lixívia e passagem da mesma a um dispositivo de recuperação de metais.
