"SISTEMA DE CONSULTA DE LINGUAGEM NATURAL PARA ACESSAR UM SISTEMA DE INFORMAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de interação falado (5) para permitir a um usuário (4) interagir com o dito sistema de informação (1), o dito sistema de interação (5) sendo endereçado ao ser conectado com o sistema de informação (1), o sistema de interação (5) sendo endereçado ao ser conectado com um sistema de reconhecimento (2) para permitir ao usuário (4) interagir com o sistema de informação (1) por meio de frases geradas pelo dito usuário (4) e processadas pelo sistema de reconhecimento (2), o dito sistema de interação (5) compreendendo pelo menos um módulo de domínio (5a) endereçado ao ter definido no mesmo configurações de frases que são construídas com base em classes de objeto, em classes de atributo e em classes de ação que são comuns para os ditos sistemas de informação do domínio de aplicação considerado e são proporcionadas para serem particularizadas com tipos de objeto, tipos de ação, tipos de atributo e suas instâncias específicos, proporcionados a partir do dito sistema de informação (1), de modo a definir uma gramática de frases que são proporcionadas para serem geradas pelo usuário (4) para interagir com o dito sistema de informação (1).
