Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS POROSAS AGLUTINADAS TERMICAMENTE E FELTRADAS A úMIDO". Um processo para a manufatura de estruturas porosas aglutinadas termicamente e feltradas a úmido é proporcionado, para produzir meio poroso para uso em filtros, com um desempenho de filtração aperfeiçoado. O processo inclui as etapas de formação de uma polpa com um meio primário, que consiste de fibras naturais ou sintéticas, um agente para resistência a úmido que consiste de fibras fibriladas, e um agente aglutinante; formação a vácuo da polpa, para produzir um meio formado; secagem do meio formado, usando um gás a uma temperatura abaixo da temperatura de fusão do agente aglutinante; aglutinação do meio formado, usando uma gás a uma temperatura acima da temperatura de fusão do agente aglutinante; e resfriamento do meio formado com aglutinação aperfeiçoada, que resulta em um desempenho de filtração aperfeiçoado.
