Abstract

"ESTRUTURAS DE POLINUCLEOTìDEOS PARA MELHORAR A PRODUçãO DE LISINA". A invenção está relacionada à produção de lisina e fornece diversas moléculas de polinucleotídeos isoladas úteis para a produção de L-lisina. Um desses polinucleotídeos codifica uma aspartatoquinase (ask ), uma aspartato-semialdeído desidrogenase (asd) e uma diidrodipicolinato redutase (dapB). Outros polipeptídeos codificam ask, dapB e uma diaminopimelato desidrogenase (ddh); ask, asd, dapB, ddh e um polipeptídeo ORF2; e ask, asd dapB, ddh, ORF2 e uma diaminopimelato descarboxilase (lis A). A invenção também fornece métodos de produção e fabricação dos polinucleotídeos e métodos para melhorar a produção da L-lisina.
