Abstract

,"PLACA ACIONADA POR EMBREAGEM". Uma placa acionada de embreagem (10) tem um elemento de cubo central (11) com formações de acionamento que se estendem radialmente (19), as quais se encaixam em formações de acionamento cooperando (23) em um elemento de disco anular externo (12 ), que porta um meio de revestimento de fricção (15a, 15b). O elemento de disco tem uma porção periférica radialmente interna (21), a qual é axialmente deslocada em relação ao restante do elemento de disco e é conectada a ele por meio de uma porção axialmente dobrada (22) do elemento de disco, a porção dobrada sendo provida com aberturas/janelas (23), as quais são encaixadas pelas formações de acionamento que se estendem radialmente (19). Meios de mola (24, 25) portados pelo elemento de disco atuam para tentarem manter a porção de flange radialmente interna (21) em contato com um lado das formações de acionamento que se estendem radialmente (19), enquanto permitem um tombamento limitado do elemento de disco (12) e, assim, do meio de revestimento de fricção (15a, 15b) em relação ao elemento de cubo (11) , durante o uso da placa acionada.
