Abstract
"AGREGADOS DE SìLICA PRECIPITADA DERIVADA DE PLANTAS ORGâNICAS, ELASTÈMEROS REFORçADOS COM ELES E ARTIGOS TAIS COMO PNEUS COM UM COMPONENTE DOS MESMOS" A invenção se refere à preparação de agregados de sílica sintéticos derivados de plantas de fontes de plantas orgânicas (por exemplo, cascas de arroz), ao reforço de composições de borracha com eles e à preparação de artigos manufaturados, tais como pneus, tendo pelo menos um componente (por exemplo, bandas de rodagem), como uma composição de borracha que contém os ditos agregados de sílica precipitada derivados de plantas. A invenção se refere ainda a esses agregados de sílica derivados de plantas tendo sido pré-tratados com um alquilsilano e/ou organomercaptossilano. A invenção se refere, adicionalmente, à preparação de composições de borracha com eles, com uma adição de um compósito de amido / plastificante. A invenção se refere ainda à preparação de artigos manufaturados, incluindo pneus, tendo pelo menos um componente compreendido dessa composição de borracha preparada, tais como, por exemplo, pneus tendo componentes tais como bandas de rodagem costados e/ou panos-forros internos.
