Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA DETERMINAçãO DIRETA DE ALUMìNIO SEM DIGESTãO DAS AMOSTRAS EM SORO SANGUìNEO E URINA HUMANOS OU DE ANIMAIS POR ESPECTROMETRIA DE ABSORçãO ATÈMICA EM FORNO DE GRAFITE USANDO RUTêNIO COMO MODIFICADOR QUìMICO PERMANENTE". Rutênio depositado termicamente através de programa de temperatura de forno específico é proposto para atuar como modificador permanente pela sua ação catalítica permitindo a digestão de amostras de urina e de soro sanguíneo com uma diluição apenas com diluente descrito, para determinação livre de interferências de alumínio com a técnica de espectrometria de absorção atómica em forno de grafite (ETAAS). Com os tubos de grafite assim tratados, não há necessidade de digestão prévia de amostras de urina e de soro humanos ou de animais, o que é feito pela ação catalítica do rutênio na etapa da calcinação no próprio equipamento de ETAAS que tem então duas funções digerir as amostras e analisar o seu conteúdo em alumínio seq³encialmente com um único programa de temperatura de forno nos quais foram otimizadas as temperaturas empregadas em cada etapa em amostras de urina e de soro sanguíneo.
