Abstract

"MéTODO PARA PROPORCIONAR UMA COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO ELASTOMéRICO CALAFETANTE E SELANTE, DE ADESIVO SENSìVEL à PRESSãO, OU DE TRATAMENTO DE PANOS". Método para proporcionar um revestimento elastomérico calafetante e selante, um adesivo sensível à pressão, ou tratamento de panos incluindo: formar uma composição aquosa incluindo um polímero de emulsão acrílico aquoso, sendo que o polimero inclui, como unidades copolimerizáveis, de 70 a 99,7% em peso, baseado no peso do polímero seco, de monómero (met)acrílico não-iónico monoetilenicamente insaturado e de 0,3 a 10% em peso, baseado no peso do polímero seco, de monómero ácido monoetilenicamente insaturado, em que a Tg do referido polímero de emulsão é de -90<198>C a menos do que -20<198>C, em que pelo menos 40% em peso, baseado no peso do polímero seco, do polímero são formados por meio de polimerização redox na presença de 0,0005 a 0,05 moles de agente de transferência de cadeia por kg de peso de polímero seco; aplicar a composição aquosa sobre um substrato; e secar, ou deixar secar, a composição aquosa aplicada.
