Abstract
"APARELHO E MéTODO APERFEIçOADO PARA COMPLETAR UMA ZONA SUBTERRâNEA PENETRADA POR UM FURO DE POçO, APARELHO PARA RECHEAR COM CASCALHO UM FURO DE POçO QUE PENETRA UMA ZONA SUBTERRâNEA E MéTODOS PARA RECHEAR COM CASCALHO UM POçO E INTERVALOS SELECIONADOS DE UM POçO QUE PENETRA EM UM RESERVATóRIO SUBTERRâNEO DE óLEO OU GáS". São proporcionados métodos e dispositivos aperfeiçoados para a completação de zona subterrânea penetrada por um furo de poço. Os métodos aperfeiçoados compreendem basicamente as etapas de colocar uma tela para controle de areia (e.g., telas, tubos com telas, forros perfurados, telas previamente recheadas, etc.) e uma montagem de cobertura externa montada sobre a tela de areia no furo de poço adjacente à zona a ser completada, a cobertura possuindo segmentos perfurados e em branco (não perfurados) com os segmentos em branco em correspondência com intervalos selecionados do furo do poço, como por exemplo em zonas com problemas tais como veios de xisto ou zonas isoladas onde os fluxos são restringidos por selos mecânicos ou recheios, e injetando material particulado para dentro do furo de poço, pelo que o recheio de cascalho se forma no comprimento remanescente do espaço anular furo do poço/cobertura sem vazios. O espaço anular interno entre a cobertura e a tela propicia um caminho de fluxo alternativo para a suspensão contornar os intervalos bloqueados e continuar com a sua colocação. Selos mecânicos ou recheios poderão ser usados em combinação com a cobertura e a tela de areia associada. O método é aplicável também para a colocação de recheios de cascalho em um poço perfurado e revestido, perfurado na zona.
