Abstract
"FERRAMENTA PARA A PREPARAçãO DE CABO COAXIAL APERFEIçOADA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma ferramenta para a preparação de um cabo coaxial aperfeiçoada (1) que é usada para preparar uma extremidade de terminal de um cabo coaxial para a instalação de um conector. A ferramenta compreende dois estágios. O primeiro estágio, o anel aparador de jaqueta, é usado para rebarbar a jaqueta de cabo. O segundo estágio (20), o rebarbador de cabo, é usado para rebarbar os condutores externos, o centro restante e o isolamento de espuma de um cabo coaxial. O primeiro estágio (10) consiste em um copo ou cilindro (11) com uma parede cilíndrica externa (12). Além disso, o mesmo compreende ainda uma lâmina (13) e um canal de refugo (14). Além disso, o cilindro de primeiro estágio (11) tem um furo (16) que se estende no sentido axial sob o seu centro. O diâmetro do furo (16) é ajustado de modo a receber um cabo coaxial. O segundo estágio consiste em um cubo (21) (ou cabeça cortadora), um mancal de mandril de aperto (22) e um corpo (23). Além disso, como o primeiro estágio, o mesmo contém ainda lâminas (13) e canais de refugo (14). Os canais de refugo ou canais de resíduos (14) permitem que o meio de cabo rebarbado saia pelos furos da ferramenta.
