Abstract

"TROCADOR DE CALOR, E, INTER-REFRIGERADOR PARA REFRIGERAR AR DE COMBUSTãO SUCCIONADO PARA UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A espessura de parede de pelo menos uma porção, que é plasticamente deformada, de uma porção protuberante usada para calafetar é reduzida para menos do que a das outras porções. Devido a isto, a rigidez de dobramento da porção protuberante é diminuída. Por conseguinte, é possível dobrar (deformar plasticamente) a porção protuberante por uma forca de intensidade relativamente baixa. Conseq³entemente, é possível executar facilmente o trabalho de calafetagem (processo de calafetagem) sem a necessidade de estender o comprimento da porção protuberante (comprimento de uma extremidade dianteira da porção protuberante até uma porção de dobramento). Como resultado, mesmo se a propriedade de suportar pressão de um inter-refrigerador for realçada pelo aumento da espessura de parede de placas de núcleo, é possível impedir a trabalhabilidade da calafetagem de se deteriorar, e sem aumentar o tamanho do inter-refrigerador.
