Abstract

"BOCAL PARA CANALETA DE SAìDA DE ESCOAMENTO à QUENTE E ARRANJO DE BOCAIS MúLTIPLOS". A presente invenção está relacionada a um bocal para canaleta de saída de escoamento à quente. Os bocais para canaleta de saída de escoamento à quente são utilizados em moldes de injeção para alimentar um material plástico fusível sob uma temperatura previamente definível sob alta pressão a um bloco de moldagem separado (cavidade). Constitui um objeto da presente invenção criar um bocal para canaleta de saída de escoamento à quente apresentando curvas de transição de calor e de distribuição de temperatura e necessitando de pouco espaço quando incorporado a um molde. Um outro objeto da presente invenção é a execução de uma estrutura que possa ser fabricada e montada de maneira económica e que garanta um funcionamento confiável. é também objetivo uma disposição de bocal com um arranjo de bocais para canaleta de saída de escoamento à quente agrupados bem juntos e adaptados para serem produzidos com baixo custo e requerendo montagem rápida, sendo também muito importante uma operação confiável.
