Abstract

"CATALISADOR DE CONDENSAçãO PARA ISOCIANATO, COMPOSIçãO COMPREENDENDO O MESMO, PROCESSO DE UTILIZAçãO, E COMPOSIçõES OBTIDAS". Essa invenção refere-se a um processo de (ciclo)condensação catalítica de isocianatos monómeros, caracterizado pelo fato de compreender: a) a reação dos isocianatos monómeros de partida com um catalisador, compreendendo um sal mineral ou orgânico de um composto de fórmula (I), nos quais Y é escolhido dentre: um átomo de oxigênio carregado negativamente; e um radical carbonado que comporta uma carga negativa portada por um átomo de coluna VB da classificação periódica dos elementos ou por um átomo de oxigenio vantajosamente por um átomo de nitrogênio e cuja ligação como silício da fórmula (I) é portada por um átomo da coluna VB da classificação periódica dos elementos, vantajosamente por um átomo de nitrogênio; na qual R~ 1~, R~ 2~ e R~ 3~, idênticos ou diferentes, representam um grupo monovalente hidrocarbonado tendo vantajosamente de 1 a 30 átomos de carbono, ou um precursor desse composto, a uma temperatura de pelo menos 20<198>C e vantajosamente de pelo menos 40<198>C e de no máximo 200<198>C, vantajosamente de no máximo 150<198>C, b) a parada da reação de (ciclo)condensação na taxa de transformação desejada e c) a eliminação eventual dos monómeros que não reagiram ou a reação com outros compostos reagentes com a função isocianato.
