Abstract

"INTENSIFICADOR DE FREIO PNEUMáTICO". A fim de apresentar uma intensificação pneumática adicional que sirva apenas para frenagem intensa, o fornecimento é realizado em um intensificador de freio pneumático, para alguma força de intensificação (28,33) que é além de uma força de intensificação (25) normalmente aplicada através de um disco de reação (24) a ser absorvido. Em um exemplo preferido, a força é absorvida por meio de um declive (29) que contém um envelope (31) e um êmbolo (30). O êmbolo é fixo rigidamente no primeiro dispositivo de reação. O envelope se apóia em um pistão (23) do intensificador pneumático. O êmbolo é expelido do envelope através de uma mola (34), a liberação do mesmo se opõe através de uma cavilha (35), contanto que a força aplicada pelo motorista esteja abaixo de uma força intermediária. Além do que, a reação de um circuito de frenagem hidráulico a jusante comprime a mola e faz com que a intensificação pneumática adicional se torne eficaz.
