"ENZIMAS TENDO ATIVIDADE DE DESALOGENASE E MéTODOS DE USO DESTAS". A invenção refere-se a desalogenases de haloalcano e aos polinucleotídeos codificando as desalogenases de haloalcano. Em adição, métodos de planejar novas desalogenases e método de uso destas são da mesma forma fornecidos. As desalogenases têm estabilidade e atividade aumentada na temperatura e pH aumentado.
