Abstract
"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO DE SUPRESSãO DE ECOS MúLTIPLOS NA COLETA DE DADOS SìSMICOS MARINHOS". A presente invenção diz respeito a um dispositivo e um processo para a supressão de "múltiplos" na coleta de dados sísmicos compreendendo, pelo menos, uma fonte posicionada no interior da água; pelo menos, um receptor posicionado no interior da água abaixo da interface de ar-água e perto das fontes; um difusor de bolhas posicionado no interior da água de forma que as bolhas emitidas pelo difusor de bolhas se encontrem posicionadas entre os receptores e a interface ar-água, em que as ondas emitidas proporcionam uma alta reflexão acústica e suprimem substancialmente a reflexão especular das ondas sísmicas; e um controle para acionar o difusor de bolhas durante a coleta de dados sísmicos pelas fontes e receptores.
