Abstract
"DISTRIBUIDOR DE CATALISADOR GASTO PARA USO EM UM REGENERADOR DE UMA UNIDADE CATALìTICA DE FLUIDO, E, MéTODO PARA OPERAçãO DE UM REGENERADOR DE UMA UNIDADE DE CRAQUEAMENTO CATALìTICO DE FLUIDO". A presente invenção é relacionada a métodos e equipamento para melhorar as distribuições tanto de catalisador gasto como gás de transporte dentro de um regenerador de uma unidade de craqueamento catalítico de fluido. O catalisador gasto e os gases de transporte se movem de modo ascendente através de um tubo de subida do catalisador gasto e são desviados em uma direção radialmente para o exterior através de um cone defletor. O catalisador e o gás de transporte são remisturados quando eles se movem radialmente para o exterior entre dois discos antes da descarga das bordas externas (perímetro) do distribuidor dentro do regenerador em uma direção radial substancialmente uniforme. O distribuidor é adaptado para proporcionar descarga contínua a partir de seu perímetro de modo a cobrir a seção cruzada inteira do regenerador.
