Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REGULAçãO DE UMA INSTALAçãO DE FILTRAçãO EM MEMBRANAS". Esse processo visa evitar a colmatagem irreversível das membranas ao mesmo tempo em que maximiza a produtividade, qualquer que seja a qualidade do fluido na entrada da instalação. Ele consiste em sujeitar os parâmetros de funcionamento da instalação aos desempenhos induzidos pela qualidade do fluido a tratar, em função de previsões de evolução da colmatagem membranosa efetuadas por modelação por redes de neurónios, de modo a simular o funcionamento de longo prazo da instalação de filtração em membranas, o modelo permitindo em função da qualidade do fluido que flui para dentro e do estado das membranas por ocasião de um ciclo dado, calcular a evolução do estado de colmatagem das ditas membranas em função do tempo, em um horizonte determinado, o dito cálculo sendo efetuado para uma qualidade do fluido que flui para dentro simulada, constante ou variável, nesse horizonte (H) e controlar e ajustar os parâmetros de funcionamento da instalação.
