Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A FABRICAçãO DE UM ARREDONDAMENTO DA BORDA DE CAVA EM UM êMBOLO". O objetivo da invenção é de fabricar em um êmbolo Diesel com cava de combustão e entalhes de válvula situados de maneira oblíqua em relação ao fundo de êmbolo um arredondamento da borda de cava que não aumenta substancialmente a emissão de partículas. Para este fim, a borda de cava é arredondada na área dos entalhes de válvula em um ciclo de usinagem separado, sendo que os gumes são conduzidos em um ou em vários planos pelo menos aproximadamente paralelos à superfície base inclinada do entalhe de válvula.
