Abstract

"LUBRIFICANTE AQUOSO DO TIPO PROCESSO UM USADO PARA FORJAMENTO A FRIO ALTAMENTE EFICIENTE". Um novo lubrificante aquoso do tipo processo um, usado para forjamento a frio de alta eficiência de materiais metálicos é mostrado. O lubrificante aquoso produz menos dejeto industrial do que o processo convencional, requer etapas de processamento simples e provê uma performance de lubrificação melhorada. O lubrificante aquoso da invenção é compreendendo por (A) um sal inorgânico solúvel em água, (B) cera e (C) um sal de metal de um ácido graxo, os quais são dissolvidos ou dispersos em água, e a relação de (B)/(A) é de 0,60 a 0,70, e a relação de (C)/(A) é de 0,1 a 0,3. O sal inorgânico solúvel pode ser sulfatos, silicatos, boratos, molibdatos e tungstatos. A cera pode ser uma cera sintética, cujo ponto de fusão está em uma faixa de 70 a 150 <198>C. O sal de metal de um ácido graxo pode ser um produto preparado pela reação de ácidos graxos saturados de C12 a C26 com um metal selecionado a partir de zinco, cálcio, bário, alumínio, magnésio e lítio.
