Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO PARA CARACTERIZAR, EM PARTICULAR SEQuENCIAR, AMOSTRAS POLIMéRICAS, E, APARELHO DE ELETROFORESE". Um sistema e Método para caracterizar, em particular seq³enciar, amostras poliméricas, o sistema incluindo: um gerador de mapa de espaço-tempo para gerar um mapa de espaço-tempo de pontos representativos dos picos de sinal dos sinais detectados em uma pluralidade de posições espaçadas quando passados pelos componentes migrantes de uma pluralidade de tampões de amostra separadamente providos; e um localizador de vértice para identificar vértices do mapa de espaço-tempo, com um único vértice sendo identificado para os componentes de cada tampão de amostra separadamente provido e as velocidades dos componentes de amostra sendo determináveis dos pontos no mapa de espaço-tempo.
