Abstract

"ENGRENAGEM INTERMEDIáRIA DE TENSIONAMENTO". A invenção compreende um tensionador possuindo um movimento linear. Uma roldana (2) é articulada na direção do alojamento (4). Um suporte (7) é utilizado para unir de forma deslizante o alojamento e uma base. O suporte restringe o alojamento, e portanto a roldana, contra o movimento ao longo de um caminho predeterminado. O alojamento também compreende uma superfície de amortecimento arqueada que interage com uma banda de fricção ou amortecimento (6). Uma mola de torção (11) engata de forma concêntrica a banda de material de fricção (6), pressionando a mesma em engate com a superfície de amortecimento arqueada à medida que o alojamento move em resposta a um impulso ou força da roldana. à medida que um impulso de carga de correia faz com que o alojamento se mova ao longo do caminho predeterminado, um contato entre a banda de amortecimento e a base faz com que a mola pressione adicionalmente o material de amortecimento de fricção contra a superfície arqueada do alojamento, amortecendo dessa forma o movimento do alojamento.
