Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA DESCOBRIR SISTEMAS DE CATALISADORES IDEAIS PARA A CONVERSãO DE SYNGAS EM PRODUTOS DE PESO MOLECULAR MAIS ALTO, E PARA RAPIDAMENTE DETERMINAR UM CONJUNTO APROPRIADO DE CONDIçõES DE REAçãO E COMBINAçõES DE CATALISADORES PARA FORMAR UM PRODUTO DESEJADO, E, PRODUTO DE HIDROCARBONETO". Métodos para descobrir sistemas de catalisador ideais para a conversão de syngas em produtos de peso molecular mais alto por meio de síntese de Fischer-Tropsch são divulgados. Um método combinatório é usado para identificar as combinações de sistemas de catalisador úteis para executar as reações. As combinações de sistemas de catalisador incluem catalisadores de Fischer-Tropsch e catalisadores de isomerização de olefina. O método pode vantajosamente ser usado para gerar um banco de dados de combinações de sistema de catalisadores e/ou condições de reação que fornece vários fluxos de produto, de modo que como as condições de mercado variam e/ou os requerimentos do produto alteram, condições adequadas para formar os produto desejado podem ser identificadas com pouco ou nenhum tempo ocioso.
