"MéTODO DE DETECçãO PARA DETECTAR UMA VARIAçãO EM GH1 EFETIVA PARA ATUAR COMO UM INDICADOR DE DISFUNçãO DE GH EM UM INDIVìDUO, VARIANTE DE GH1, PROTEìNA OU SEQuêNCIA DE AMINOáCIDOS, VARIANTE DE GH HUMANO, MéTODO DE TRIAGEM PARA TRIAR UM INDIVìDUO SUSPEITO DE TER DISFUNçãO DE GH, KIT, SEQuêNCIA DE áCIDO NUCLEICO ISOLADA, PURIFICADA OU RECOMBINANTE, VETOR, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA, PROCESSO PARA PREPARAR UMA VARIANTE DE GH, SEQuêNCIA DE AMINOáCIDOS, COMPOSIçãO, E, USO DE VARIANTE DE GH1 OU UMA VARIANTE DE GH". Um método de detecção para detectar uma variação em iGH1 efetiva para atuar como um indicador de disfunção de GH em um indivíduo, compreende as etapas de comparar uma amostra de teste compreendendo uma seq³ência de nucleotídeos de gene GH1 humano do indivíduo com uma seq³ência padrão conhecida como sendo do gene GH1 humano. Uma diferença entre a seq³ência de amostra de teste e a seq³ência padrão indica a presença de uma variação efetiva para atuar como um indicador de disfunção de GH (a seguir "variante de GH1").
