Abstract

"APARELHO DE COMPLEMENTAçãO DE FLUXO". A presente invenção refere-se a um aparelho de complementação de fluxo para controlar o fluxo de fluido através de uma coluna de tubulação que se estende para um orifício de poço e define um orifício anular da tubulação que circunda a coluna de tubulação, sendo que o aparelho de complementação de fluxo compreende um alojamento da cabeça de poço que é instalado em uma extremidade superior do orifício do poço; uma bobina de tubulação que é conectada sobre o alojamento da cabeça de poço e que inclui um orifício central que se estende axialmente através da mesma, uma saída de produção que se comunica com o furo central, e um passagem anular que se comunica com o orifício anular da tubulação; um suporte de tubulação que é apoiado no orifício central é conectado a uma extremidade superior da coluna de tubulação, e inclui um orifício de produção que se estende axialmente através da mesma, e uma passagem de produção que se comunica entre o orifício de produção e a saída de produção; um primeiro elemento de fechamento que é posicionado no orifício de produção acima da passagem de produção; e uma primeira vedação anular que é posicionada entre o suporte de tubulação e o orifício central acima da passagem de produção; sendo que a bobina de tubulação compreende adicionalmente uma passagem de manutenção que se estende entre a passagem anular e uma parte do orifício central que fica localizada acima da primeira vedação, e o suporte de tubulação compreende adicionalmente um orifício anular que se estende entre a passagem de manutenção e o topo do suporte de tubulação, por meio do qual uma comunicação fluida entre o orifício anular da tubulação e o topo do suporte de tubulação pode ser estabelecida através da passagem anular, da passagem de manutenção e do orifício anular.
