Abstract
"PLACA DE AçO DE ALTA RESISTêNCIA TENDO SUPERIOR PROPRIEDADE DE BLINDAGEM MAGNéTICA E ELéTRICA E PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DA MESMA". São mostrados uma placa de aço de alta resistência com excelente capacidade de blindagem eletromagnética e um processo para fabricação da mesma. A placa de aço é fabricada a partir de uma composição compreendendo C, N e S em uma quantidade de 0,0150% em peso ou menos no total; Mn em uma quantidade de 0,2 a 0,8% em peso; Al em uma quantidade de 0,6% em peso ou menos; Si em uma quantidade de 0,4% em peso ou menos; Cu e/ou Sn em uma quantidade de 0,1 a 0,6% em peso no total; e Fe para o restante, e elementos inevitavelmente presentes, pelo que a placa de aço pode mostrar excelente efeito de blindagem eletromagnética e propriedade de galvanização de imersão a quente."HIGH RESISTANCE STEEL PLATE HAVING SUPERIOR PROPERTY OF MAGNETIC AND ELECTRICAL SHIELD AND MANUFACTURING PROCESS". Shown is a high strength steel plate with excellent electromagnetic shielding capability and a process for manufacturing it. The steel plate is made from a composition comprising C, N and S in an amount of 0.0150% by weight or less in total; Mn in an amount from 0.2 to 0.8% by weight; Al in an amount of 0.6% by weight or less; Si in an amount of 0.4% by weight or less; Cu and / or Sn in an amount from 0.1 to 0.6% by weight in total; and Fe for the rest, and inevitably present elements, whereby the steel plate can show excellent electromagnetic shielding effect and hot-dip galvanizing property.
