Abstract

"MéTODO DE ENCHIMENTO COM CASCALHO DE UM FURO EM UMA FORMAçãO SUBTERRâNEA E COMPOSIçãO DE ENCHIMENTO COM CASCALHO". é revelado um método para enchimento com cascalho de um furo de poço que possui pelo menos uma abertura no mesmo que proporciona uma via de percurso de fluxo de fluido entre o furo de poço e uma formação subterrânea adjacente. Pelo menos uma parte da formação adjacente ao furo aberto possui um resíduo de filtração revestido sobre a mesma que compreende uma emulsão de água e óleo. O método de enchimento com cascalho compreende a injeção para o interior do furo de poço de uma composição de enchimento de cascalho que compreende cascalho e um fluido portador. O fluido portador compreende um líquido aquoso possuindo um pH situado fora da faixa na qual a emulsão de resíduo de filtração é estável. O líquido aquoso encontra-se presente numa quantidade eficaz para inverter a emulsão de água em óleo no resíduo de filtração quando o fluido portador entra em contato com o resíduo de filtração. Como resultado, é depositado cascalho na abertura ou na adjacência da abertura do furo de poço e uma parte do resíduo de filtração é removida. O resto do resíduo de filtração e o fluido portador podem ser desintegrados simultaneamente por contato com um fluido de rompimento que contém pelo menos um de entre um agente tensoativo e um solvente mútuo.
